The JollyRoger - another 'bookie'(or a set of them) generates this dense and intense, postmodernist melange of traditional and contemporary lit + commentary. The maritime metaphor pervades.

And . . . get this! A "A Blog of Death!" - a list of current obits of the the rich, famous and noteworthy who have made a difference. Actually a very uplifting site!
