Why not have your students create a web site as a presentation of learning? On www.tripod.com they can make a web site - free! Just sign up, go to the site builder and get started. A great literacy activity for hesitant readers and writers. What's more fun than making your own web page? Tripod supports MAC as well as PC. The add ons are really fun, supporting streams and mp3's. Everyone gets a kick out of this.
